It was unbelievably refreshing to have you join our team for the week– encouraging us when we needed it, sharing fresh perspective, and asking brilliant questions all along the way. 

I also wanted to share an observation… I completelygeeked out when I realized that every. single. person. who interacted with you, was changed.

I saw posture and body language shift and open.
I listened as voices pitched then dropped, slowed and relaxed, and I watched facial expressions light up in ways we don’t always get to see around here. 

It was an incredible experience to observe you working your magic.
