We understand that life happens. As artists, sometimes we need to cancel workshops in order to work.
The Performer’s Mindset team values our participant’s need for flexibility as well as the work and time of our instructors. We hope to address these two values equally with our updated cancellation policy.
TPM Cancellation Policy (as of July 9, 2021)
In the spirit of full transparency, we want you to know that at two weeks prior to a workshop’s start, a great deal of preparation and administrative effort has gone into coordinating the event. The instructors have developed their plan, communicated with teaching assistants and curated the workshop to ensure the most impactful and valuable use of your time. It is for these reasons that we offer the following options.
If you cancel your workshop registration 14 + days prior to the start of the class, you will be given a refund of 100% of the total amount, less a $25 administration fee.
If you cancel your workshop registration 3-13 days before the workshop, no refund will be given, but you will receive a credit of 50% of the cost of your workshop to be applied to either:
- two (2) hours of individual private coaching
- a credit of equal value to be applied towards the next workshop series you take within one full calendar year.
No refund or credit will be given if you cancel your workshop registration within 72 hours of the start of the workshop or if you fail to attend the first workshop session and do not communicate with the TPM team.
Although no refunds will be given after 14 days prior to the start of class, please note that your workshop registration can be transferred to another person of your choosing.
If TPM cancels a workshop for any reason, you will be refunded in full.
