In this virtual workshop (Part 2 of our new Mindset Mini Series), we dig into the science of Flow and and unpack how it’s connected to what happens before, during, and after our performances.Learn what top athletes and artists know about the optimal state of performance.
In this workshop, we will:
- Give an overview of the science of Flow state
- Break down how flow works into easy to understand parts
- Examine how Flow can be trained in every facet of our lives

HOW THE COURSE WORKS:
Each course will take approx 3 hours of time (including course, practice, and the live session).
Part One: The Course Drops (1 hr) On Monday of each course week, we will send you an hour-long recording that features the Mindset Team presenting about the weekly topic.
Part Two: Practice (1 hr) After watching the recording where we teach the material, we will offer some guidance to go deeper with these principles. These may include something to watch, read or do or even some reflection questions as a way of processing this new information and making some connections to your own individual process.
Part Three: Live Session (1 hr) On FRIDAY of this course week, meet with members of the Mindset Team in a live virtual session. This is a chance for you to share what you explored in your Practice, connect with other members of the Mindset community, and seek clarification and insight from Mindset coaches on this topic.
