Elite athletes and world class musicians know that daily practice habits are non-negotiable if they want their best work to show up on game day. We think actors know it’s important to practice on a daily basis, too – but they don’t know what to train. So we’ve created a gym, of sorts.
Led by Mikaela Lily Davies, this six week class will address what “practicing free throws” or “playing scales” looks like in an acting for tv & film context. Two hours each week: workout + recovery. Take home practices between sessions.
We’re not just waiting for the next opportunity: we’re ready for it.
