The Mindset Gym

$199.00

Elite athletes and world class musicians know that daily practice habits are non-negotiable if they want their best work to show up on game day. Actors know it’s important to practice on a daily basis, too – but they don’t know what to train. So we’ve created a gym, of sorts.

Led by Mikaela Lily Davies, this six week class will address what “practicing free throws” or “playing scales” looks like in an acting for tv & film context. Two hours each week: workout + recovery. Take home practices between sessions.

DATES: SATURDAYS September 24th – October 29th, 2022

TIMES: 10:00am – Noon (PST) / 1:00pm – 3:00pm (EST)

COST: $199 USD per person. Payment plans are available.

PRE-REQUISITE: Participants must have taken THE ADVANCED MINDSET WEEKEND workshop AND at least one of the following: INTRO WEEKEND, ON-CAMERA, or SELF TAPE classes.

We’re not just waiting for the next opportunity: we’re ready for it.
