ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:

Erin Cardillo and her writing partner Richard Keith are in a multi-year overall deal at Warner Bros. Television, where they develop, write, and produce original TV series for broadcast and cable under their In Good Company banner. The duo, who Deadline described as “the most prolific writers in broadcast television” after selling three pilots in 2018, are currently developing the TV adaptation of The Five PeopleYou Meet in Heaven at FOX. In the last two years, they’ve developed three other pilots: the supernatural comedic procedural Pandora’s Box and Shipat CW with Spondoolie producing, the family dramedy Love Meat ABC with Brownstone Productions producing, and the YA soap The Beach at HBOMax with Alloy, Julie Plec, and Jenna Dewan producing. Previously, Cardillo & Keith created and executive produced the CW series Significant Motherand Life Sentenceand were co-executive producers on the second season of Fuller Housefor Netflix. Erin Cardillo’s first feature film Isn’t It Romantic,starring Rebel Wilson and Liam Hemsworth, was released in theaters by New Line and Warner Brothers in 2019. It can now be seen on Netflix, HBO, and airplanes everywhere.

Lino DiSalvo was born in Brooklyn, New York City. DiSalvo graduated from Vancouver FilmSchool and joined Walt Disney Animation Studios. DiSalvo spent almost 17 years at Disney and served as Head of Animation on Frozen; supervising animator on Tangled and Bolt and animator on Meet the Robinsons, Chicken Little, 102 Dalmatians and Reign of Fire. He served as Creative Director for Paramount Animation before joining Paris-based, ON Animation Studios as Head of Creative. DiSalvo has also voiced the characters of “Vinnie the Pigeon” in Bolt, “Gristletoe Joe” in Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice, and “Robotitron” in Playmobil: The Movie.DiSalvo is currently developing his next animated feature, The Badalisc, which is inspired by Italian folklore and draws heavily from his cultural heritage.

Joe Towne is an award-winning writer and director who got his degree in Acting from the University of Southern California. He’s been a coach for the past two decades helping businesses and performers –some of whom are selling that product you just bought or starring in that movie you Netflixed last night. This work compelled him to write a book about how our inner reality affects our outer experience, which led him to be a guest on the Dr. Oz show. As an actor he has worked with people like Jennifer Love Hewitt and Hillary Swank and you can see him opposite Rebel Wilson in Isn’t It Romantic, which is now available on iTunes. Before creating The Performers Mindset Joe spent years as an acting coach at one of the top studios in Hollywood where he co-created their audition technique program. He works with professional actors and athletes, as they transition from their sport into the entertainment industry. He also works with corporations bringing Mindset into practice in the workplace. The Performers Mindset program has been in Los Angeles (both independently and at The Aquila School), at USC, UCLA, the Vancouver Film School and George Brown College. His collaboration with Casting Workbook continues to bring coaching, workshops and compelling conversations to artists across the globe
