How to prepare your mind from INTERVIEW to PERFORMANCE (A Mindset approach to navigating the pitfalls along the performer’s journey.) Led by Hillary Tuck and Eric Hunicutt, this THREE DAY COURSE is an introduction to training our mindset around all aspects of PERFORMANCE. We will unpack together what it takes to have mental toughness as an artist in this industry. We will explore practices that elite artists and athletes are doing to work outside their COMFORT ZONES, transform their relationship to NERVES, cultivate both GRIT & RESILIENCY, and illuminate the current level of HEAD NOISE during their performances.
