Casting and Actors exist in a symbiotic relationship, and yet that connection is often fraught with unknowns and defensiveness:

  • What does Casting want?
  • Why am I not being seen?
  • How can I stand out amongst my peers?
  • Where is my feedback?!
The expectation is that a single booking will end this cycle of questioning. And yet, this loop creates a mental attitude that makes it almost impossible for an actor to succeed.

The key to moving beyond this spiral is to move through it, with mindset awareness and Casting-related clarity.
