We help actors, athletes, and executives elevate their approach before, during and after performance. We combine sports psychology, science, and artistry with craft. This THREE DAY workshop led by Joe Towne and Eric Hunicutt is PART TWO* of the INTRO TO MINDSET weekend. (*Note: the Intro weekend is not a pre-requisite for enrollment.)
In an era when there is an abundance of tv and film being produced and auditions require a quick turnaround, we can cultivate habits which set us up for BURNOUT rather than sustained CAREER SUCCESS. This weekend is an ADVANCED MINDSET training course for actors who seek to avoid burnout and gain REAL tools to “up-level” their performance. Over the course of the weekend, we will offer cohesive preparation techniques which help actors FEEL when they are prepared enough to THRIVE and COLLABORATE authentically in high pressure situations, including audition rooms and on set.
